Hotel Relax Inn

I went to a friend's wedding, where she'd booked three days. The food quality was good, but the service was poor. The staff weren't polite or attentive, and it seemed like they had a problem with guests taking food. The dahi vada person stood by and told guests to make their own plates. The workers' way of speaking wasn't acceptable either.

I paid in advance for a room at Hotel Relax Inn after relying on the Google photos and reviews, without seeing it first. That was a big mistake. They'd promised a luxurious room, but what I got looked like a ₹200 room. When I asked to switch rooms, they wanted extra money, which felt unfair. It was the worst stay of my life, a complete disappointment, and I would never recommend this hotel. See the room in person before booking.

The food was delicious, and the service was great. Mr.Suresh took especially good care of us, thank you so much. I really appreciated the service.

I stayed a couple of nights with my kids, and they loved the food, especially the chilly cheese garlic naan, which my boys highly recommend. The whole visit felt lovely and wholesome. I was personally touched and so happy to find that the sweet uncle at reception was the owner, managing everything himself along with his family. A must-visit and worth it.
