The location is convenient, close to major attractions. The rooms were tidy, fresh, bright, immaculate, and comfortable, and room service was always on time. Staff were welcoming and accommodating from check-in, and stayed helpful, attentive, and courteous throughout. Thank you 😍
We held a farewell party at the restaurant. The food was good quality, service was quick, and the price was okay.
At Kinara Grand, the starters were nothing to regret, but the biryani was probably the worst I've had. It had no taste at all.
The portions are huge, which works well for families or larger groups. But there aren't any options suited to one person eating a small amount.
I always stay at Hotel Kinara. The food is excellent, and it's the best hotel in Shamshabad. Rosa madam at the front desk is especially polite and cooperative.
