The location, service, and breakfast were good, but the room was really uncomfortable. The mattress was awful, and the noisy AC made it hard to sleep at night. The charging socket didn't work, the TV was faulty, and the bathroom needs repairs. The washroom was just okay. We had to push the main door several times before it finally locked, and there were cracks in the walls. These old rooms badly need a makeover. The extra mattress was just a regular cotton "Gaddi" like the ones we use at home. The price didn't match the comfort, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The reception staff were extremely unprofessional and behaved horribly. At first, the two men showed us good rooms, so we booked six, but all except one of the rooms we got were terrible. The window ACs had broken blowers, the washrooms were outdated, and everything was unhygienic. They charged ₹4000 per room and another ₹500 for an extra bed, which was only a thin mattress on the floor. It was a complete waste of money, with no upgrades and everything seeming stuck in the old era. I can't understand what they charge for, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel and service are nice, but charging for the driver's room is wrong. It should be free so the driver can sleep properly instead of having to sleep in the car. Please keep that in mind, or he may not come to your hotel.
