I booked through Oyo, but later a very rude girl claiming to be from the reception called and demanded extra tax. She insisted the Oyo app was faulty, even though it clearly showed the amount including tax and payment on arrival. She kept asking me for money anyway. Absolutely disgusting receptionist. Hotels need to teach their staff to speak properly. She acted like she was going to host me for free. She’s a complete failure in the hospitality industry, and should be sacked.

There was loud noise all day because several rooms were still under construction. The rooms weren’t clean, and the staff had no manners. I stepped out to a nearby shop for about five minutes and came back to find a staff member leaving my room without permission.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were good, though I did find some hair in the room.

The bedsheets were dirty, and it was a really bad experience. One star. I wouldn’t recommend it.
