Country Green Hotel

I’ve stayed here since 2024 because of the location, but during this official visit to Bareilly the service and staff behavior felt unprofessional. I’ve been here since 8th March'26, and by the fourth day I’d had problems every day, with AC cooling, room service, bathroom water supply, or dining. They take too long to answer room service calls. I’m paying 3500, so I expect a better experience. These services are pathetic and disappointing now. I’m changing hotels tomorrow and won’t suggest this place to anyone.

This was my second stay, and I had the same problems again. The location is the only good thing. It took over an hour for room service to answer my call, and then an hour to bring the food I ordered. In January, with temperatures dropping to 4°c, they still couldn’t fix the geyser. The service is awful, and there are much better hotels in that budget. This was my last stay. Please know what you’re getting into before booking.

I used to stay here for the past 2 years, but the service has become pathetic. The staff seem to change the rules to suit themselves, which misleads customers. I’d warn people not to choose them if they care about their hospitality and respect.

The rooms weren’t ready, and there was no minibar in the superior deluxe rooms. The linen was very dirty and the rooms weren’t clean. Not worth the money, just a very bad experience.
