The rooms are good, but they charge extra if you get their bedsheet dusty. My first visit went fine. On my second stay, the room service guy stopped me and asked for Rs 800. I spoke to the manager, who backed him up, but in the end they lowered the charge to Rs 200.

The hotel's appearance is below average, and the reception is on the 3rd floor. The lift wasn't working. Dinner was disappointing too, just one variety and very average. Still, the low cost of the stay and good room hygiene made up for some of that. The room itself was worth the money, even more than that.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms and toilets are spacious, but the toilets need a thorough clean and the fixtures should be replaced. The TV doesn't work, and the door lock takes some force to operate. Rooms are on the 3rd floor, with a lift available. Bareilly also has a serious mosquito problem.

The manager is friendly and well mannered, and the location and service are good. Best to go straight to the hotel to book instead of using OYO, goibibo, etc. If you can, speak directly to the manager, not a servant. The servant can give you the manager's number, so call him. It's couple friendly and local IDs are accepted. Enjoy your room here 😉!

The price varies a lot, from 900/- to 1600/- for a room depending on the deal, and I booked through Oyo. The accommodation is good, but the generator was available and the staff didn't start it, so it got suffocating. The room had no cross ventilation or exhaust fan.
