The planning experience was excellent from the start, and the team handled every detail, including decorations and seamless coordination with our vendors. East Lite Hotel was a beautiful setting for our wedding, with elegant architecture that suited the feel of both the ceremony and reception. The whole experience was AMAZING.
The food felt comforting and familiar while still being sophisticated, and everyone was well fed. Guests from both our side and the groom’s side were happy with the service. The venue, staff, and manager all treated us like family, and it really felt like home. Fantastic experience overall, and we’d reach out again.
At a marriage function at East Light Hotel, I found a bug in the paneer sabji. The photo was attached. That’s unacceptable at a hotel hosting an important event, and it ruined the meal for everyone while raising serious health concerns. This points to a serious lack of cleanliness and food safety. Management should act immediately and make sure food is properly inspected for hygiene before it’s served.
The staff were well behaved, and the rooms were clean and in good shape, just as they looked in the demo photos.
Really good hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean.
