I ended up booking another room nearby after the receptionist refused to give us the one we’d booked through the Goibibo app yesterday, 19/09/19. The booking was confirmed, and I saw the confirmation on his tablet. I showed him all the online booking tickets, but he asked for more money before providing a room. He said the hotel had no connection with Goibibo and behaved very badly toward customers. They take your money but won’t give you the room. Please don’t go there.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff were friendly. It’s a nice budget hotel, though the parking is difficult and could be made easier. It’s also hard to spot from the main road because there aren’t any signboards.

The owner barely bothered to help when my four-year-old got stuck inside the room. It took 30 minutes to find the spare key, and the poor management ruined our whole trip. Stay at your own risk.

The staff were very cooperative, and the hotel is the best in Adimally for reasonable rates.
