Roselin, the hotel executive, made a real difference to my stay. I was first put in the wrong room, but she acted right away and arranged the room I'd booked without delay. Her professionalism and quick response were a big reason I chose to extend my stay. The other staff were polite and helpful too. They're doing their jobs sincerely under the instructions they've been given, so I can't blame them. My room was clean, well maintained, and very good. There were several problems with the facilities. I was on the 3rd floor, but the lift didn't work at all during my stay, and there was no room service or restaurant. The room phone was also out of order, so we had to go to reception whenever we needed help. Basic items like coffee sachets, sugar, and packaged drinking water such as Bisleri weren't provided, only RO water. The cleanliness and helpful staff, especially Roselin, made the stay comfortable. Still, the missing facilities and operational issues had a significant effect on the experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves guest services.
