The friendly staff were helpful throughout, and parking has enough space for at least 20 cars. The hotel is in a great spot, just a 2 km from the centre, with a nice view from the balcony. All the rooms have wooden floors, which is useful in winter. There's also an in-house restaurant with good food, so you don't have to spend time searching for restaurants for breakfast and dinner. This was one of my best stays among my travel experiences, and I'd recommend it to families with kids visiting Munnar. The top-floor kids' play area has toys, a TT table, Chess, Fuss Ball, and Carr board. It could use more maintenance, as most items are broken or missing and aren't suitable for play. Hot water is available from 6 to 1030 in the morning and evening, but those hours can be challenging sometimes. A breakfast buffet would also let people enjoy the items they choose more conveniently. At the end, we were told a black cup was misplaced, though I'd never seen it, and had to pay for it. That was annoying and put a damper on an otherwise good experience.

The rooms and shared spaces were spotless and well maintained, which made us comfortable during our stay. The staff were consistently courteous and professional, and handled every request quickly without hesitation or unnecessary questions. Their helpfulness and attention to detail made us feel welcome and valued. We were very happy with the service and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The rooms were kept very neat and clean, and the breakfast had a good range of items and food quality. We didn't opt for lunch or dinner. Staff service was quick, prompt, and obedient. Hotel and its services deserve 5 Start Ratings! Thanks, with regards, Shirish Marathe, Dombivali.

The biriyani and the rest of the food were poor quality and lacked salt, and the prices were high. Only the raita and pappad were any good, and they arrived after we’d already started eating. Getting water was even worse: we asked the woman three times, but she was reluctant to bring any. Our child was so thirsty they started crying, and we still weren’t given water. Dinner at Hill View Restaurant with my family was one of our worst experiences for both food and service.

Some rooms look out toward the hills, and the hotel itself is in a lovely location. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming and very cooperative. A fantastic place to stay, they deserve all the stars.
