After our long journey, the warm welcome at Rainbow Inn, Munnar was just what we needed. The whole team was supportive, polite, and ready to help with information or any needs, always with a smile. Their care made us feel at home and was the standout part of our stay. The ambience was great, and the service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Rainbow Inn if you want to stay somewhere in Munnar where the people really care about your experience. A big thank you to the team for their excellent hospitality and support!

We were going to book three rooms, but left to look elsewhere after they refused our requests for hot water. They told us it was only available from 7-8 in the evening, and it was already past 8 when we arrived. In such a cool place, that was hard to imagine. They expected guests to return early from sightseeing if they wanted to bathe, and wouldn’t agree to provide water for even half an hour or so. If hot water matters to you, think again before booking here.

Rainbow Inn is a nice hotel on a hilltop in Munnar, with a reception and room service. It has four floors, three of them underground. The rooms and beds are quiet, and the rooms feel safe, though they’re very cold in winter. Hot water is available from 6 am to 10 am and again from 6 pm to 10 pm. Room rates are high during peak season.

The receptionist treated us very well, at least my parents and me. The rooms were okay for space, and cleanliness was okay too, though the amenities might not be handy. The price was a little on the high side. The hotel is uphill at the end of an alley. Gurubhawan hotel, which is one of the worst hotel, is a 3/4 mins walk down the road and serves as a landmark.

The manager, the bald one, behaved ridiculously. Just pathetic. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone.
