I booked two nights for my family through Agoda, choosing a Deluxe Room. When we arrived, staff said Deluxe rooms were full. I showed them it was still available on Agoda, but they said that wasn’t their problem. After nearly an hour of checking whether I’d prepaid, they said only a Suite Room was available and promised to move us to a Deluxe the next day. I agreed. The next morning the manager suddenly asked for ₹2,000 extra for the Suite. They hadn’t mentioned a charge before, and when I questioned it, they said they’d forgotten to tell me but still wanted payment. Agoda intervened, and the hotel finally agreed to provide the room without an extra charge. Then I found a used condom in the room. I couldn’t believe how dirty and unhygienic it was, especially with my family there. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The management was extremely poor, with no professionalism, misleading pricing, and unacceptable hygiene. I’d strongly advise families and other travellers to avoid it.

The location on Pilibhit Bypass is convenient for visiting Bareilly, and the food had good variety and tasted delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Front desk staff deserve a special mention for being professional and polite throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel King’s Heritage, and I’d recommend it.

For about 3k per room, two people got breakfast and lunch or dinner included. The rooms were tidy and clean, service was good, and the food was great. There was plenty of parking space and guards were there 24x7.

From outside the hotel looked promising, but the rooms were horrible. I booked three rooms for my family for Oct 9, 2025. They smelled of smoke, with stained, unwashed linens and dirty, damaged bathrooms. The geyser and AC weren’t working, and there was no staff to help with anything. The front desk person was rude and arrogant. There’s no restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The room was dated and below standard, and the lift wasn’t working, which was a major inconvenience. The location was alright, nothing special. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room and amenities need attention.
