They start knocking at 10:30 even though checkout is at 11, and they may open the door to push you out, so lock it from inside. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't listen to problems. The hotel notice says smoking isn't allowed, but staff were smoking and the room smelled smoky too. The bathroom wasn't clean and the jet was broken, with no service at all. The sheets and other linen were stained, the pillow was messy, and the room was awful. Worst hotel stay I've had.

The staff were helpful, but the room was awful. The bathroom wasn't usable, and the bedsheet, pillow cover, and quilt were disgusting. If you care about hygiene, I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff were quite rude, and there were no hygiene standards. The water was contaminated and the AC wasn't working. I think OYO may have delisted this property. Even if they offer a free stay, I wouldn't visit.

We booked seven rooms for three days, but four of them were checked out after just one day because of dirty sheets, yellow water in the washrooms, and broken taps. Service was poor and the hotel was dirty and unclean. It was a terrible experience. I don't recommend staying here, and they need to treat customers better.

The water was brown and dirty, there was no hot water, and the washroom taps were broken. The beds and washroom were filthy, and water facilities were lacking. Staff didn't seem to care about guests. It's a low-quality place, not suitable for families. Please don't go with women or children. Calling it a dustbin feels about right.
