The working staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, but the management did not listen to or understand our concerns. In particular, Mr. Narendra was there on the eve of the wedding and didn’t respond properly. When we asked to play some music at a low, bearable volume in a closed setting, he threatened to call the police. That was not acceptable during a wedding. I wouldn’t recommend this as a wedding venue. Galaxy management should look into this and take strict action, or they could lose clients. The decision is up to them.

The food was below average, and the venue would suit a gathering of about 100-150 people. It can be hard to find. It used to be on the ground floor, but has since moved to the upper floors.

Lovely ambiance and a nice atmosphere. Seems like a good spot for an engagement or birthday party.

The interior and food were great, and the rooms are large and spacious. It’s a good banquet hall for a small gathering.
