Even with a confirmed booking, I was refused check-in and pressured to make a new reservation at a higher price. It was the worst hotel experience I've had. The way I was treated felt exploitative and caused serious harassment and mental stress. Don't waste your money.

The premises open onto a busy public road, so the location is good. I stayed just one night, and they provide food to guests on request. The quality was good. It's around 13kms from Hazrat Nizamuddin Rly stn, and an auto fare was Rs200/-.

For quick metro access, it could work for a 1-2 day stay, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. I stayed at Hotel IP Grand near Anand Vihar, right beside Karkarduma Metro Station with Blue and Pink Line connections. It's on the main road, so getting around is convenient. The hotel itself is quite average: rooms are small, cleanliness is poor, and there were stains in the bathroom, which suggests a lack of maintenance. The property feels like a converted setup. Staff can be reached by phone, but they don't clean daily unless you ask, and you have to request towels too. My room also had a strong cigarette smell, which was uncomfortable for a non-smoker like me.
