The reception was the worst part, unfriendly and arrogant, and the whole place felt more like a prison than a hotel. There are only three staff members, and I felt anxious even walking in or sleeping there alone. The rooms have no ventilation, smelled bad, and were very humid. The bathrooms and towels were filthy, with the white fabric discolored. There’s no breakfast included, so you have to order it to the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Think twice before booking.

Everything was just right, and the sheets were spotless. The hotel itself was really nice and super clean. What made the stay even better was manager Sanjeet, who did his best to take care of what I needed. Thanks so much!

The staff made a strong impression on us, especially Mr. Sanjit, the Manager, and Mr. Ramesh, the service provider, who gave us extraordinary service and looked after guests so well. Our 10 days at Wood Castle Grand, Tagore Garden, New Delhi were excellent. It was clean, felt safe, and everyone was very polite. We’d love to stay there again on future trips to India.

We couldn’t use the room we booked for 3 days because our flights were cancelled. Even after we explained and asked, we didn’t get a single penny back. When family members tried to check in for us, the hotel asked for 1200 extra for an 11 year old child. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Sanjeet was so friendly and went out of his way to help with what we needed, and the other staff were great too. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, which was comfier than ours at home. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again.
