Breakfast was very poor in both taste and quality, and even basic hot water took repeated requests. The bathrooms were very dirty, which was especially uncomfortable with children. We were traveling as a family, with four other rooms booked for family friends and their kids, and the whole stay was extremely disappointing. Hygiene was poor throughout. The rooms were unclean and full of cockroaches, and we had to wipe down the table surfaces ourselves. The bedsheets had visible stains, while the blankets and pillows smelled bad and made it hard to sleep. When we asked for fresh sheets, staff didn’t respond promptly or properly. It was a frustrating, unpleasant stay. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to families.

The staff were helpful and attentive, and the overall service was excellent. My room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, and I had a good time here. Must try.

We stayed one night with the kids, and this place was good value for money. The deluxe room is quite small, so a super deluxe might be a better choice. Both the room and bathroom were clean and in good shape. Hot water was available only in the morning, on request. There’s no restaurant, and they bring the free breakfast to your room. You can skip the complimentary breakfast. It’s within walking distance of the railway station, and car parking is available. There are quite a few hotels on the road. Worth trying for a one-night stay.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the price was very affordable, so it’s good value for money. The courteous, supportive staff made the stay, helping us with local travel arrangements. A dependable option in Paharganj.
