The room breakfast was poor quality, and there isn't a proper restaurant or hot water. Staff at reception weren't courteous, and the room service boys seemed unhygienic. In October, I saw lots of flying insects crawling into the room, though I can't say what it's like in other months. You also have to call a cleaner if you want the room cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
It's near Civil Lines and the market, and you can have a peaceful stay. Staff behavior is good. Food options are limited, though: there's no kitchen facility apart from bread omelette and tea.
The staff were polite, and the food was excellent. The rooms were nice too.
Rooms are very clean, and all the staff at Lata arcade hotel are supportive. Great experience and service. Keep it up.
It's close to ayub khan chohara and a nice hotel, but there's no food service.
