Nirmal Resort

We chose this resort for my sister's wedding, expecting decent service, but that was a poor decision. The senior staff were especially rude and irresponsible, and the rest of the staff were very unprofessional and lacked basic manners with guests. There was no proper management. Lighting, cleanliness, and the general arrangements weren't maintained on time. A very bad experience, and not recommended at all.

We couldn't get the cake properly chilled, and it began melting because there was no proper refrigeration. That added to an already terrible experience hosting our anniversary party here. Tea and coffee arrived late, drinking water wasn't readily available, and the staff were mostly unresponsive. Calls to reception went unanswered too. We'd given special instructions beforehand, but every food item still contained garlic and onion, making things very difficult for guests with dietary restrictions. The management was poor and highly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place for important events.

For the price, the facilities and hospitality at Nirmal Resort in Bareilly weren't worth it. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, maintenance fell short of expectations, and the service was extremely poor. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, and management needs serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing stay. 👎

The place is large, but that doesn't extend to the hospitality. They ask for 100% upfront, which feels like a way to trap clients, and seem too greedy for money. Avoid booking a room: the toilets are untidy and the rooms are full of mosquitoes. This feels like a marriage hall with no service or hospitality ethics. If you don't want your mood and stay spoiled, say no to this resort. The staff are terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
