The room was decent, small but equipped with basic toiletries as expected from a Treebo property, and scooter parking was good. But the staff were extremely unprofessional. We arrived at 1:00 AM to a locked gate. After I called reception, a staff member came out and asked rudely, "It’s ₹2500 in cash, will you be able to afford it?" Booking.com showed ₹2000, so we said we'd book online. He kept us locked outside until we showed him the confirmed booking, and seemed unhappy we weren't paying cash. Service was just as bad at checkout. We carried our own bags down and had no outstanding balance, but the lady at reception ordered us to wait on the premises until they checked the room. Her manner was derogatory and disrespectful. Breakfast was a disaster too. There was no buffet, just a strictly limited order of one vegetable sandwich and one egg. It seems to cater mainly to people drinking in the evening, though it's fine if all you need is a bed. I wouldn't return because of the staff's terrible attitude.

The complimentary breakfast was exactly one sandwich and one egg, with no grand buffet. The room was a standard, tiny Treebo box, fine for crashing, and you'd want to be unconscious to forget the service. At checkout, the lady at the desk ordered us not to leave while they inspected the room, even though the bill was fully paid. Our stay began at 1:00 AM outside a locked gate. The night receptionist asked, "It’s ₹2500 cash, can you even afford it?" When I booked online for ₹2000 instead, he kept us standing on the street until I proved I hadn't stolen the booking. That's quite a way to make guests feel welcome. The hotel seems more suited to serving the evening crowd who drink, but if you enjoy paying to be insulted, this is the perfect place for a night's sleep. Have a good day...

The room itself was a big letdown. The Deluxe was so cramped that I had to crawl toward the foot of the bed just to get down, and the beds were smaller than their names suggested: the king was really queen-sized, while the queen was only about a foot wider than a single. The fridge and TV didn't work, and there was a bad smell in the room. Those are basic things you'd expect to function. When I said I'd raise the issue with Treebo, the staff just replied, "You are welcome to complain." Their response felt completely indifferent. I was very disappointed with both the room and the service.

We stayed two nights after booking two rooms for 14 and 15 January 2026 at Treebo Indirapuri, Siliguri. The so-called Deluxe double and Standard single were actually the same, rooms 204 and 207. Both were tiny, full of mosquitoes and flies, and had old towels and sheets. The beds were so uncomfortable that I felt two nights on one would guarantee back pain. Getting into the hotel was difficult too, with an unmaintained dirt road at the entrance. The food was expensive, and everyone concerned came across as dry and rude. I'm losing faith in Treebo chain hotels, though I hope this place improves. Kind regards, Vice Chancellor of University

The restaurant staff were polite, but the reception left us with a very poor impression. A woman there refused to give my little daughter an extra pillow, saying every room was booked. I checked online and saw that rooms were still available, so the explanation seemed untrue. Refusing such a simple request for a child and giving us wrong information felt unprofessional and inhuman. The room was so tiny that once two people were on the bed, it felt like one of us could fall off. There was barely any floor space left. The restaurant service was good, but the room and reception treatment seriously affected our stay.
