The room is awful and the service is very poor. They're charging extra, and staff are taking extra money too. Don't book this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was no electric kettle, water bottle, soap, towel, or liquid hand soap in the room. When you ask, they give you soap without a company name and water in a very dirty mug or jug. You also have to use the unwashed glasses left on the table. That's all they provide. Everyone must run into this, but they don't seem bothered because they know guests won't return. How long can that go on?

Today, 27/11/24, I had a bad experience here. My boss stayed at this hotel last time, but this morning the receptionist changed his policy and set the room rate however he wanted. He was very rude too. After seeing all the reviews, I feel it's a terrible place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay overall. We booked two rooms, both quite spacious, and the ACs cooled nicely. There's a scenic view of the airport and mountain. Staff were very friendly, and the food was tasty, though choices were limited. It's a good option for a short stay. We're planning to come back in October this year for a small family gathering.
