The rooms were just okay, but getting around was easy from here. Ludhiana Railway Station is close by, and the central location works well for a business trip. There’s a mall nearby if you want to pass some time, plus restaurants upstairs and plenty of street food around. I had a good stay mostly because of the location and nearby food choices.

We paid twice the price for a room in a bad spot under the gym, and water was leaking from the taps. Service was really poor too. Nothing was available before 8 AM, not even tea, and the breakfast we paid for wasn't provided. Absolute disaster. Don't book this property.

We ended up cancelling our booking because the front desk person, who said he was the manager, was rude and dismissive instead of helping us. When we said we'd complain, he casually replied, “yes, you can,” which made it seem like he didn't care about guests or the hotel's reputation. It was a very disappointing lack of professionalism. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We were charged 1000 rupees for checking in 3 hours early. The rooms weren't clean, and the staff behaved very poorly. Not recommended.

The rooms were filthy, and the washroom locks were broken. The bedsheet looked dirty and used. They didn't provide a dental kit, an extra towel, or washroom slippers. The service providers were no help.
