OYO 66434 Hotel Dhruv Inn

I felt awful yesterday and came away feeling disgraced. The manager, Shekhar, seemed wicked and deceptive, and the service felt dishonest. This is a shameless place, and I wouldn't come here.

The staff were welcoming, the AC worked properly, and a glass of water was provided. The hotel is on the building's second floor, with the stairs to the left of the shop. Its location is handy, near Domino’s, a liquor store, smoke shops, chaat shops, ice cream, groceries, a petrol pump, banks, and an ATM. Parking is right out front, with a guard patrolling all night. Smoking rooms are available for an extra charge, and I’d recommend it for a short trip. The bathroom had no lighting. WiFi barely worked, the TVs in the rooms weren't working, and breakfast wasn't provided. All three were listed as part of the online package.

You book at a low rate, then when you arrive they ask for more money. Going there is a waste of time. The service was very bad.

At 11.45 at night, I had to find another hotel after arriving to learn there were no rooms, even though I'd paid the rent online in advance through OYO. They didn't refund me either. It was a horrible experience, and there wasn't an option to give zero stars.
