I booked from 23 jan 26 to 27 june 2026, but the bedsheets were dirty and torn, and towels weren’t changed daily. They served local water in a bislery bottle. Very bad service and a very unhygienic hotel. Please stay away from booking here.

The rooms are OK, and dinner ordered from the restaurant, not the owner's, was good. Breakfast could have been better. I had to get the dirty linen changed, and the towel was changed too, since the room had been made up without replacing either. Keep cash handy, as you may need it for payment.

I had to spend 24 hrs there with my family, but there was no housekeeping staff and nobody around to help. The only staff member was a guy sitting at reception. The food was exorbitantly priced, then they added 15% room service charges, payable in cash immediately. They wouldn’t even wait until checkout for the guest to settle the bill. Very bad experience, I can’t recommend it.

I stayed for one night, so it was brief, but pleasant. The atmosphere was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and room service was good. The heater worked very well. Great property in the heart of Barelly, with especially well managed staff and really superbbbbbb interaction.

The rooms are just OK. A heater was listed when I booked, but there wasn’t one, and neither the hotel manager nor OYO gave a proper response. They were also missing a basic amenity, bathroom slippers.
