The rooftop open restaurant is the main attraction, with good quality food and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a nice, affordable place for an in-house party, and banquet facilities and rooms for stays are available. There’s a good ambience, but several things still need development. As things stand, I’d rate the service poor. Possibly that’s due to a lack of manpower, though I’m not sure.

We felt right at home during the four days we stayed in Bareilly for my wedding. The breakfast paranthas are still remembered by some of our guests, and the hot roties at the ceremonies were really good. There were a few room issues, though the rooms were still quite good. The staff helped us a lot as we were new to town, including with our pooja ritual needs. Iss shivani was especially kind: she found a mehandi person and arranged an iron for our guests' clothes. Wonderful experience, and best wishes to everyone.

The rooms are large, but they need better upkeep. I stayed overnight with my family and didn't feel secure: several men were wandering around the guest floor, and in the morning there were liquor bottles outside multiple rooms. I wouldn't suggest this hotel for a family trip.

The outside of the building didn't look great, but the room itself felt like good value and was quite nice. It wasn't a big enough bed for a couple, though it would work for someone traveling alone. The food fell short, and the floor hadn't been cleaned properly, with what looked like soap thrown across it. Staff weren't great either: I was charged an extra 500 Rs and the person didn't understand Oyo's policy. Thanks to Oyo for helping me get the money back.
