Sparsh Hotel And Resort by Spree

At midnight they phoned to say they were closing the accounts for the day and wanted me to pay the ₹350 bill right then. Earlier, when I checked in the previous night, I had pointed out two dead bees in the bathroom. By morning, there were around 200 bees in there. I called reception again and again before an executive arrived, about half an hour later. Only then did they let us use the bathroom in another room. The service was absolutely abysmal, about as bad as it gets.

A nice, spacious wedding venue. They can hold two or three marriages at the same time. The ambience is pleasant and the service is good.

It's not clean at all, and there's water leaking through the ceilings in both the bathroom and rooms. Service is slow and terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially during the rainy season. They also don't have milk for your baby.

The location is the main thing this hotel has going for it. Rooms are spacious and reasonably maintained, while the food is just okay and there are better places to eat. There's often construction or repair work going on, which can really disrupt an otherwise quiet stay. Also, since it's a resort that hosts parties and weddings, people use the pool past its hours, drinking and playing music late into the night. Drunk guests can end up wandering the hotel lobbies.
