The hotel offered good value for the price, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions, and check-in and checkout were smooth. My stay was pleasant: the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with what I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially comfortable, and the quiet room made it easy to sleep well.

The in-house hot food is reasonably priced, tasty, and has a homelike flavor. I had a very comfortable, nice stay, and the staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. Ranjeet at reception was especially friendly and professional. If I visit Lucknow again, I'll definitely stay here.

The owner is good, but that alone can't make for a great stay. We were there for 3 days, and the locality was below average, with no proper restaurants or places to go out. The hotel doesn't have proper room ventilation, and the staff are highly unprofessional and don't know hospitality. IT and working professionals should stay away. Don't trust the reviews.

Staying here has a homely feel and is a different kind of fun. We booked Rinaya Hotel on 17.04.26, and the staff were very good and helpful. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Shobhit Dixit.

The staff were very good, and in the evening they provided drop service on their own. Great hospitality, with nice, clean, hygienic rooms.
