We booked after reading the Google reviews, and the room itself was good. The problem was the broken flush. When I mentioned it at reception, the staff member said to use a bucket of water, which was really annoying, and they didn't move us to another room. Breakfast was also confusing: we were told it was included when booking, but someone else asked us to pay the next morning. That part was just okay.
They charged us 600 for cleaning the utensils we used, and they also charge customers extra for this separately. The staff and manager seem to overcharge people for money. This was a really bad experience at a hotel in Barmer, and I wouldn't recommend visiting or staying here.
The location worked really well for me, close to the city but away from the noise, pollution, and crowds. Food was delicious and there was plenty of variety, with a particularly professional chef. The place was clean, and the staff were efficient and polite. Management deserves credit too.

The staff were helpful and polite, and the rooms and bathrooms were really clean. The lift wasn't working, but the washrooms were some of the cleanest I've seen in rooms at this price. Food was the main letdown. Breakfast had a strange mix of namak mirch parantha, sabutdana khichadi, and South Indian tamatar chutney. I wasn't sure what to eat the paratha with since there was no sabzi, only pickles. A meal like that didn't feel worth 400rs. Apart from the food, the hotel was good.
