Hotel Roland Inn by OYO Rooms

The rooms could use better soundproofing since the hotel is on a busy road. Aside from that, I had little to complain about during my pleasant three-night stay. It was peaceful inside, and the location worked well for what I needed in Kolkata. The food and ambience were great, and the staff were professional, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile with a smile. The owner is very jovial and personally oversees the business, keeping an eye on quality throughout this small, cozy boutique hotel.

The chicken biryani was a better choice, according to my two friends: they found the portions and quality good for the price. My cold coffee, though, cost too much and didn't taste very good. I'd skip it; it felt like a waste of money.

The aquarium beneath the dining area makes the seating setup unusual. I had an awesome time there as an animal communicator 💖 If you visit, send them some love 🌊🐬🐳🐟🐠✨✨✨💙

The soups are the standout for me, whichever kind you order, and the prices are moderate. Chinese food is especially good too, while biryani and the other dishes are just average. It's a nice place with good food and a handy location on the E.M. Bypass near Gobindapur Potor More, plus parking is available.
