I left my headphones and charger in the room by accident. When I contacted the hotel a day later, they didn't entertain me at all. I went back, but the whole staff was super arrogant and wouldn't cooperate, and even the owner was rude. They have no parking, the staff are rude, and they don't seem to genuinely care about customers. This was my worst experience anywhere. I seriously recommend avoiding this place!
It's close to the railway station, and I'd stay here again if I ever return to bathinda. The room was good, clean, and hygienic, and the service was good.
The building is good, but there's no maintenance or cleanliness. The sewage smell in the bathrooms is really unpleasant.
The buffet was excellent, though the rooms are tight and there's no parking. It's an OK hotel. I don't know why hotels don't carry all the channels on Cable.
I was there for a meeting. The ambience is good, and the railway station and bus stand are within 1-2 kms. Parking was difficult to find, and the area is a little crowded.
