Hotel Amsun Pride

Things from my room and from the room where my friends were staying were stolen. The place is also unhygienic, with cockroaches often found in the bathroom and food, and water served in old, unsealed bottles. The advertised Wi-Fi never worked despite repeated complaints, and it took repeated requests before the AC was repaired. Reception requests take ages, too. The worst experience ever. If you’re planning a fairly long stay, don’t choose this place.

On the function date, the electricity went out four times, and guests didn’t get their meals on time. They had to wait for chapati before they could start eating. They charge you without providing proper service and make you feel fooled. Worst experience ever. I think they’re fraudulent. Please don’t go to this hotel.

I arrived late and had to check out early, so sorry, no photos. The food was okay and reasonably priced, and the location was okay too, away from the trains but not too far. You can see signs of age in the room and bathroom, though overall the hotel was good.

The location is good, but the place needs a lot of revamping. The rooms are poorly maintained, with leaking taps, wallpaper peeling away, a stale feel and a wet toilet floor. Definitely not recommended for a family stay.
