I've stayed here regularly over the last 18 months, and my experience has been great. The staff's behavior and service, along with the location and surroundings, have all been excellent. I strongly recommend it to visitors to Bathinda.

A neat, clean hotel and restaurant, with tasty food, good service, and cooperative staff.

The rooms are spacious, and the property is large, in a decent spot in one of the town's better areas. You can walk to the market and several food places. My room's AC wasn't working when I arrived, but they courteously moved me straight away. I left cash behind in the old room, and a maintenance worker brought all of it to my new room before I even remembered it was there. That really earned them the most stars from me. The place is getting old and doesn't feel like a typical luxury hotel, though, and the prices are very steep for the property.

It's an average sort of hotel at a reasonable price. The maintenance could be better. Staff are courteous, but not very well trained.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, and its management seems capable. Cleanliness is better than at other hotels, and security is 100%. They also arrange a guide very well if you're visiting for travel or other work. You can stay here without worry.
