We held a party here and found a cockroach in the daal they prepared. The food quality was very bad. When we raised the issue, Mr. Amit Mokha treated us very badly instead of speaking politely. He was rude and egoistic.

Parking isn’t sufficient, though the hotel’s location is good. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the food quality was good too.

I ordered Dal Makhani at BR Inn Bathinda and it was sour, clearly spoiled. When I told the staff, the receptionist refused to replace it and spoke rudely and arrogantly instead of sorting it out. Food quality and customer service should be priorities in hospitality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards. A very disappointing experience.

Very poor service. The shower didn’t work, and room service was awful.

Good food and decent ambience for the price. Good value.
