The food is the main draw: classic North Indian dhaba fare, with dal baati churma, parathas with white butter, and chaas among the popular options. It's pure veg, with mostly vegetarian choices. Food is usually fresh, portions are generous for the price, and service is quick even at peak times. The taste is consistent. The Rajasthani decor, khatiyas, and outdoor seating give it a traditional highway dhaba feel. The main dining area is generally well kept. Washrooms are functional and better than at most highway stops, though cleanliness can be hit or miss when it's busy. Staff take orders quickly and food usually arrives fast, but weekends and holidays get crowded, noisy, and can bring delays. Staff may seem rushed then. Washroom upkeep during peak hours and weekend crowd management could improve. For NH48, it delivers dependable North Indian food and quick service. Don't expect fine dining, but it does what you'd expect from a highway dhaba.

The washrooms were clean, the one positive thing about my visit. The food and service were below average, and the place feels overrated. Prices are high for food that isn't worth the cost. Staff seemed to judge guests by how they looked, so if you're travelling in comfortable clothes, you might feel you need to dress up to get better service. I wouldn't recommend it. If you're after good food and a pleasant experience, this hotel isn't worth the time or money.

Whenever we're in Rajasthan, this is our go-to stop. The food arrives piping hot and tastes full of flavour, clearly made fresh to order rather than taken from pre-made pantry meals. It has that authentic taste and hospitality, and our return dinner here never disappoints. Highly recommend stopping by.

At Highway King , behror, I wouldn't order the utpam. If you complain about the food or service, they'll agree with whatever you say, but still ask you to pay because they won't cancel or change the order. The Pao Bhaji and Chowmein were good, though. Thanks.
