TreeHouse Sunrise Resort & Caravan Park

Mr. Umesh Yadav was helpful and supportive, but there was very little discipline from the resort staff, and our stay was disturbing enough that I wouldn't recommend the place. The final night felt frightening and unsafe. A group arrived and blasted loud music around 11:30 PM. Complaints didn't stop it, and it went on until about 1:00 AM. Then, apparently intoxicated, they shouted, abused each other, banged doors, and knocked on ours several times. Even a morning walk around the grounds didn't feel safe, with 4-5 stray dogs running around. The rooms also needed proper upkeep. The air conditioner didn't work properly, nor did the TV. Its remote was broken, and after we complained, staff taped it up and returned it instead of replacing it. The sheets were dirty, the cushion and towel were torn, and the quilt and pillow covers had stains. Meals were tasteless and seemed stale. The cut fruit had been left out for a long time and looked unhygienic. Flies and mosquitoes filled the restaurant, with no repellents put out despite repeated complaints. Our waiter forgot part of our order, and the parathas arrived cold. When we asked for hot, fresh ones, they reheated the same old parathas. The rotis were undercooked too, and replacements were just reheated, still inedible. Breakfast had exactly the same limited menu on all three days. The next morning, children played cricket inside the restaurant during breakfast, and loud personal music was on again. The resort needs better hygiene, service, maintenance, and security.
