My family’s first stay here was a very poor experience. In winter, they should at least provide warm water for the kids. There’s no room service, the beds are dirty even though the rooms are clean, and there’s no Wi-Fi, smart TV, or other essential amenities. There also aren’t local places to visit or markets near the hotel.

The food was delicious, and the whole place had a peaceful, refreshing feel. Snow Touch Resort by Shaktiyan Hotels has clean, spacious rooms with lovely mountain views, and the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. There are cozy bonfire areas, a beautiful lawn, and a banquet hall, so it works for families, couples, or big events like weddings. The 35+ comfortable rooms and parking for over 30 cars made things easy for us. Great for relaxing, celebrating, or getting away from the city. Highly recommended for a visit to the hills.

I had a great time at “snow touch” with my family. We booked the special suit, and it was beautiful, clean, and just right. The staff were accommodating, the amenities were great, and the hotel’s view and service stood out to me. There was also a group there while we visited, and we had a lot of fun together. If I get another chance to go to Manali, I’d definitely choose “SNOW TOUCH” again.

The outside and reception looked attractive, so my first impression was good, but the deluxe room quickly disappointed me. The bedding smelled foul, both the main door and bathroom door latches were broken, and the tower bolt was difficult to use. Part of the false ceiling was open, and the walls had Pan Masala stains. The food wasn’t good either, so we had breakfast elsewhere. The resort was nearly inaccessible for an outside tourist, and the approach road wasn’t properly built.
