They said openly that people booking through OYO get the dirtiest, worst rooms. Our room had a TV, AC and geyser that didn't work, plus hundreds of cockroaches and bed mites. They wanted another 400 rupees a day for a cleaner room in the same category. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. We felt scammed, miserable and helpless as tourists. Worst experience I've had. I'd give zero stars if I could.

During our three-day family stay, several lights didn't work, the washroom and commode were dirty, and nobody was available to clean the room. The AC leaked water and didn't work properly. The ceiling fan was faulty too, and the sheets and blanket had stains all over them. Not a good experience, wouldn't recommend it.

Cockroaches were everywhere, even on the bedsheet, and I couldn't sleep because they kept biting me. The lights stayed on all night since the switches didn't work. The geyser wouldn't turn on, and the AC made noise. I can't see any reason to stay here.

The rooms were awful, there was no cleanliness, and the room service was really bad.
