Fairfield By Marriott Belagavi

Anisha helped make our stop especially smooth and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how well maintained the property was, and the staff were attentive, warm, and professional during our visit. Breakfast had a great spread and set us up nicely before we continued the drive. It was a perfect break on the Mumbai to Bangalore journey, even though we arrived with low expectations. Highly recommended for a restful stopover.

I left my bag at reception when we were checking out, and the staff kept it safe and even arranged to courier it to me. They were courteous the whole time. We’d only stayed one night, but they’d already been wonderful when my son fell ill and helped us out. We really liked the place and its ambience. Special thanks to Saniya and Akash for their great customer service.

The hotel turned down our request for a free room upgrade, even though it wasn’t very crowded and we’re frequent guests as well as Bonvoy silver members. We’d hoped that might count for something. Still, we had a comfortable one-night stay, and the staff and food at Kaava were excellent. I’d recommend the property overall.

Getting around was easy thanks to the hotel’s well-coordinated travel and cab arrangements, even though it’s a little outside the main city. The team was responsive and courteous whenever we reached out, and their warmth made the stay memorable. The food was excellent, and the property was clean and well maintained. At Belgaum Marriott Hotel, check-in and everything else went smoothly and professionally. The hospitality consistently made things comfortable and convenient. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant visit. I look forward to coming back.
