The night receptionist was excellent and got us checked in quickly. Even though we arrived at 11.00 pm, they arranged sandwiches for us. Breakfast in the morning was superb, with a well-planned menu, and the restaurant staff were courteous. We also spoke with the Ex Chef. Ms. shruti Godse Madam, the front desk Manager, was very cooperative and explained everything to customers clearly. At Eafa Hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. The stay was excellent.

I was in Belgaum for business and spent three days at Hotel Eefa. The admin team responded quickly and gave immediate help whenever I needed it, and Mohammed was especially supportive throughout, making things more comfortable. The rooms were spacious, service was great, and the staff were professional. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend the hotel for business or leisure.

The squid golden rings were crispy, tasty, and really good. The crab soup was a letdown, with little aroma or flavor and an unappealing texture, and the service added to that disappointment. Special thanks to the banquet manager for being attentive to us. We really appreciated it.

The room size is big, but I wouldn't book here for that alone. The stay wasn't worth the money, and even 2000 Rs feels too much for the service and staff behavior. The front office staff were unprofessional and disrespectful to guests, and the front office lady team member spoke rudely. Service was delayed, and the wifi kept disconnecting by itself after 3to 4 mins. Housekeeping and maintenance were poor, with marks on the washroom floor, dust pecks on the floors, and a smelly, uncleaned kettle. Food was below average too.
