The area in belgum city is good and feels safe, but there's parking for only four wheelers. A vegetarian restaurant is on the ground floor, though there's no food available after 11 p.m. The place is on the second floor and has no wheelchair access. The single room was okay, but the bathroom wasn't comfortable to use. Rates on make my trip will be lower.

The taste is okay, but the service needs to improve a lot.

The staff and restaurant food quality were good, but the rooms are very small and cramped. You feel like the room ends as soon as you walk in, and the bathroom is tiny too. They don't even provide basic complimentary drinking water, and the bathroom was full of flies. The AC and non-AC rooms are the same, but the AC room costs double. In short, this is a basic LODGE, not a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The washroom was dirty, and the room was tiny and hadn't been cleaned. There was no room service staff at all. I had to shower with cold water, and when I asked at reception, they told me to get a bucket of hot water from another room. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The nearby restaurants and the location were the only positives for me. The room was cramped enough that it was hard to move around, the beds were small, and both the room and toilet smelled bad. The TV only worked on one channel. There was no room service or housekeeping. Easily the worst stay I've had.
