The restaurant staff did their best, and the food was amazing. Mr. Praveen deserves a shout-out for a perfect meal. Senior Manager Mr. Anant later handled our complaint professionally, took responsibility for the mistake, and offered a resolution. That conversation helped me see the room problem as a one-off, though I’m still unsure whether I’ll stay with Hilton again. We came with family from out of state for a Christmas get-together and overnight visit at the Hilton Garden inn at the Manyata tech park. Check-in was prompt and pleasant, but one room had a leaking flush tank or health faucet. Repeated repair attempts didn’t fix it, and water seeped under the bathroom door into the shared area. No one offered us another room. Instead, staff tried replacing parts of the flush system while we were there, leaving my 76 year old mother without sleep. Maintenance staff said the next morning that the room had known issues already, so I don’t understand why management assigned it to us. I expected service from Hilton to be at least comparable to what I’ve had as an IHG member, where I hadn’t encountered such issues. I planned to seek an explanation from senior management and take further action if necessary. I can’t recommend this place and suggest guests inspect their rooms carefully when assigned, to avoid an unpleasant surprise.

Asha made my meal at Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru a particularly good experience when I visited on 23/12/2025. She was attentive and observant, anticipating what I needed without waiting for me to ask, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her focus on detail and guest comfort impressed me. Room service was inconsistent. Some corporate guests got fruit in their rooms while others received nothing. Basic toiletries were missing or provided in very small amounts, and there was no coat hanger even after I asked. The rooms also have no cupboards, which is strange. When we’re in the city on a tight schedule, having to call repeatedly for ordinary things gets frustrating.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. It’s in a great location, and breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend it.
