The green grounds, well kept kids' play area, and swimming pool were all positives. Breakfast had a great variety, the rooms were very neat and a good size, and the bathroom fittings were modern. It was comfortable and good value, with a beautiful property and amenities almost like a 5 star. There were some issues, though. The Wi-Fi had zero connectivity. Food service was slow enough that dishes went cold while we waited, and the food seemed overpriced for its taste and quantity. They should provide water bottles in the rooms instead of an RO water jug. Staff could have been more helpful: we called ahead and got confirmation of adjacent rooms, but they still didn't give them to us. They also refused to help clean and boil the kids' milk bottles.

We really enjoyed the food, from breakfast to the other meals. It was fresh, flavourful, and carefully made, with plenty of variety. The pool was another lovely part of the stay, calm and well maintained, and a nice place to unwind after a long day. At The Sunway Manor, our spacious rooms were spotless and well cared for. The interior details made the place feel comfortable and elegant, with a luxurious touch. The hospitality was warm, too. A relaxing, premium stay, highly recommended.

The staff were kind and helpful, and it's not far from the main tourist areas. Our room was really good, breakfast was great, and dinner at the restaurant was good as well. If you're fine staying a little farther from the main city area, this is the best choice.

For a vacation, there are lots of other options at this price. I'd say this place is better suited to official trips, meetings, or business travel. We chose the hotel mainly for the pool, then found out they strictly require swimsuits and won't let you swim without one. That should have been mentioned when booking, and we were really disappointed. The room felt boring, with no balcony or view, and the bathroom was cramped for what we paid. If you're visiting with family, I'd look at resorts with more entertainment instead.

We planned to stay just one day, but liked it so much that we extended our visit and went home happy and satisfied. The central location was handy, about a 10 minute drive from Rock beach. The Sunway Manor has become our go-to place, one of our best finds. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. Everyone was kind and courteous, from the gate-keeper and reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, always with a pleasant smile. The whole team clearly puts a lot of care into the place. Kudos to the management! Breakfast had a huge spread with lots of dishes.
