The main plus is being close to rock beach. The rooms were just okay, and there were very few staff. No one helped with luggage, there was no room phone to reach reception, and there’s no lift. They wouldn’t let us leave our bags in the lobby for more than an hour, and wanted extra money, even telling us to book another day just to store them. After we booked another day, they still asked for more money to freshen up in the room we’d already paid for.

The location is good and the price was reasonable, but the woman using the hotel’s WhatsApp was incredibly rude and unfair. We left our bag in the lobby after telling the receptionist we’d return around 1-2pm; he agreed and said reception was open 24/7. I later realized I’d left my wallet, so I went back for it. On the way back, around 5ish, I messaged that we’d arrive by 7ish. She demanded another ₹500, saying our bag was kept in a locked room and wouldn’t be handed over until we paid. But when we got there, the bag was in the lobby exactly where we’d left it. The receptionist, who didn’t know about the incident, handed it over politely. Her behaviour was pathetic, so, so rude.

It’s an okay place for a reasonable rate, and it wasn’t troublesome, but they could be friendlier and more helpful. We were friendly and paid whenever needed, yet it felt like they weren’t welcoming if you asked questions. A lift would also be very useful for older people. Please arrange one soon, simple modern elevators are available now. Thanks.

We only booked the place to keep our luggage and freshen up on the final day, since our bus left at 10 PM. The place turned out to be beautiful and rustic. Rooms were neat and clean, the AC worked, and the staff were very polite.
