The ambience was just like the pictures, reflecting the luxury shown online, and the hotel felt safe and secure for families. The clean, fresh, well-maintained rooms smelled pleasant and had no issues at all. Spotless, comfortable bedsheets and pillows made for a great night’s sleep, and the doors and overall infrastructure were in excellent condition. Everything went smoothly from arrival, and helpful staff made booking support and check-in stress-free. For the comfort and quality, the amount paid felt completely worth it. It was a great-value stay with a peaceful atmosphere and good hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and would love to visit again.

The room service and complimentary breakfast were strengths, along with the spacious A/C room on the 1st floor. It’s a great place for friends to have fun for this price, and there’s decent car parking at no cost. The location is a bit off, since it seems to be in a residential area, but it’s still very accessible.

For a night costing 9k plus, nearly 10k for a day, this was a really pathetic experience. There was no security, and no receptionist or anyone to help with our booking. The room smelled bad, had mosquitos, and was in very poor condition. The photos are the opposite of reality, so don’t expect to see luxury from any angle. The doors were broken, and it didn’t feel secure for a family. The sheets and pillows were dusty and smelled bad. I would not recommend staying here, and I wouldn’t even give it one star. This is honest feedback, guys. Please don’t visit or book this hotel.

The place was in poor shape, and even the parking area was dirty. It felt like a house turned into hotel rooms. The air conditioning didn’t work, drinking water was self-service, and reptiles were crawling around the bathroom. I’m not sure why it’s called a resort. The manager and receptionist were both unavailable.

MakeMyTrip offered this as a duplex stay at La Paradise Tie Hotel & Resort for about ₹4,500, and the app’s photos and good reviews persuaded me to book. Then, just 30 minutes before arrival, the hotel said there was an “electricity issue” and moved my reservation to Villa Shakti. The replacement was nowhere near what I’d booked: a tiny room, no working fridge or Wi-Fi, poor cleanliness, no sense of safety, and inadequate parking. It wasn’t even close to a 1-star facility. MakeMyTrip didn’t resolve the problem and instead told me to adjust to the downgrade. I felt misled and badly let down. Customers rely on the platform to check listings and take responsibility for confirmed bookings, and I strongly ask MakeMyTrip to do that so others aren’t forced into a much lower standard of stay.
