We ended up stranded in the middle of the night looking for somewhere else to stay. We'd called ahead to confirm the booking, travelled all the way there, and arrived around 2 AM, only to be told there were no rooms. The manager was rude and arrogant, with no empathy or sense of responsibility. Instead of helping us at that difficult hour, he made a bad situation worse. For a hospitality business, that lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. The management should reconsider who they put in charge, because one person's behavior can damage the whole establishment's reputation. Very disappointed in the service. I wouldn't recommend this place until they improve how they manage guests.

The rooms are spacious, well lit, and maintained properly. The accommodation itself is good, but having no food available makes things difficult. It's also a little outside the main town, so getting to tourist spots is hard.

The staff made the stay memorable. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating, greeting me warmly and handling check-in smoothly. Whenever I needed something, from extra towels to dining recommendations, they were ready to help and did it with genuine hospitality. My room at Le Prestiges Hotel was spacious and spotless, with modern furnishings, fresh linens, and a pristine bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. You could tell the team takes pride in keeping the rooms clean and the service up to standard. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, so it was easy to relax after a busy day. I had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend Le Prestiges Hotel for business or leisure.
