The hotel is in a prime spot for either business or a family stay, and we spent 15 days here. The food was especially good, as were the ambiance and surroundings. Our room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff Miss Pooja and Mr. Bangi, along with the cafeteria serving staff, were supportive and helpful. The team was well trained and courteous. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

The room itself was clean, but that didn't make up for the privacy breach and poor service. I paid over ₹900+ for a club chicken sandwich that was rubbery, barely chewable, and tasted stale. It didn't seem fresh or worth the price. The worst part was staff entering my occupied room without permission. They knocked only a few times, then used a master key before I could answer because I was busy. This was over an extra towel, which had already been delivered. Another staff member came back saying there was a request I hadn't made, opened the door, and stood inside without basic etiquette. I had to tell him directly to leave the towel and go. Guests could be asleep, changing, in the washroom, or in any private situation. There is no respect for privacy here, and using a master key like that seriously breaks trust. My stay at IBIS Bengaluru City Centre was extremely disturbing, one of the worst I've had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who values personal space and safety.

My experience was very pleasant, with consistently impressive cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail. The housekeeping team was professional, prompt, and courteous, and helped create a welcoming, comfortable environment. A special mention for Housekeeping Manager Divya Pandem. Her hands-on approach and leadership clearly show in how efficiently and warmly the team works. Munmuni and the rest of the housekeeping staff also deserve recognition for their helpful support and high standards. Thank you, Divya and team, keep up the great work!

Sahina and Animesh from the breakfast team made our mornings especially pleasant. They were welcoming, attentive, and kept everything in order while making sure guests were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at ibis budget Bengaluru City Centre, with clean, comfortable rooms and a very convenient location. Highly recommend it.

The location makes it easy to get around and explore the city, and the staff were friendly. Check-in went smoothly. The rooms are quite small and there isn't much choice at breakfast, but for a short, budget-friendly visit, ibis Bengaluru City Centre was decent.
