Three Roots Resort

The bathrooms were poorly kept and unhygienic, and that completely spoiled our trip. Staffing was pathetic and hygiene overall was very poor. It's also very expensive. If you have a dust allergy, avoid this place.

There was plenty for different ages to enjoy, from the pool and indoor games to the kids' play area. The surroundings were peaceful and full of nature, and we felt safe and at ease. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and had modern amenities. The food had lots of choice, including favorites for children, and the friendly, polite staff were always ready to help. A great fit for family gatherings or a weekend away, highly recommended.

The service made a bad stay even worse. We waited a long time for attention, staff seemed untrained and uninterested, and the help we eventually got was rude and dismissive. Basic requests went ignored, and raising concerns got no response. The property itself was noisy and chaotic, with neglected-looking grounds, uncomfortable dirty seating, and an atmosphere far from the luxury shown in the online pictures. This was a huge waste of time and money, and one of my worst travel experiences. I'd tell anyone seeking a peaceful, well-managed retreat to look elsewhere.

The food was overpriced and mediocre, with little variety. The buffet repeated each day, and a lot of it was cold or poorly cooked. Our room also felt dated and wasn't cleaned properly, with dusty surfaces and a musty smell that never cleared; the AC barely worked and the bathroom fixtures were rusty. Staff were unresponsive and sometimes rude when we brought things up, while towels and room service took a long time. Some advertised options, including the spa and shuttle, weren't available or came with extra charges that hadn't been mentioned upfront. It doesn't match its rating or price, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
