Hotel Capital Residency by OYO Rooms

The charges didn’t line up with what was actually provided, and the hotel didn’t deliver what it had advertised. Communication was poor, and I couldn’t get the issue resolved. I felt misled and wouldn’t recommend it. If you want a peaceful stay, avoid this place.

I complained to MakeMyTrip about the staff’s rude behavior and the rooms’ poor cleanliness, but nothing was done. I’d think carefully before booking this hotel for a family stay through MakeMyTrip. If you still decide to go, booking directly may let you raise problems on the spot and cancel right away if needed.

The morning view from my third-floor room was amazing, and there was plenty of parking. The receptionist was helpful and polite. Still, I spotted two cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hot water was barely lukewarm at 9 am during my January 2025 visit. The fan had no regulator switch. An average stay overall.

The bed had lost most of its springs, and we had to ask for everything each day. There’s no proper system, and the staff were horrible. The lady manager was rude and stubborn. It’s a badly run place because of the person managing it.
