Mount Xanadu

The top-view scenery was breathtaking, and the resort's nature-connected feel made the whole visit magical. We loved the sparkling pool, fresh and delicious food, and all the fun indoor activities. The short trek was invigorating, with panoramic views along the way. Warm management and dedicated staff made the stay even better. Thanks for the memories, we'll be back!

The views and beautiful property made a great setting, but the hospitality is what made our stay at Mount Xanadu exceptional. The staff were caring, smiling, and attentive, handling each request promptly and warmly. Mr. Aneesh, the manager, deserves special mention for checking in regularly and making sure things were right. His personal involvement and attention to detail helped us feel at home. We left with lovely memories and can't wait to return to Mount Xanadu.

We spent three nights at Mount Xanadu, two in the dome and one in the royal suite. Each was great in a different way. The dome was a special close-to-nature experience, with a hammock inside, while the spacious, comfortable royal suite felt luxurious. The kids especially loved the Jacuzzi at night. One thing to know is that the dome gets noticeably colder than regular rooms, particularly at night, so suites may suit senior citizens or anyone who can't tolerate the cold better. There was plenty to enjoy without going out. We liked the rooftop garden viewpoint, high tea with a stunning view, and the refreshing 5:30 am trek inside the resort. The outdoor turf meant the whole family could play football, cricket, and basketball together, making the evenings fun and active. The resort is peaceful and scenic, with lots of greenery and well-kept areas for walking or relaxing. Food had good variety and suited both kids and elders. Staff were very polite, helpful, and always available with a smile. It's a beautiful place for a family break, including for kids and senior citizens.

For our anniversary, we planned two nights at Mount Xanadu, and it turned into the best stay we've ever had. I've stayed in many places in India and outside India, and this was the greatest hospitality I've experienced. From booking through checkout, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and friendly, made sure our needs were met, and handled every detail professionally. I arranged a candle light dinner surprise for my Wife, and they set it up beautifully without giving it away. They also called to remind us about things we shouldn't miss. We spent 1N in Eden Room and 1N in Glamping, and both were beautifully maintained. Having tea and snacks 3500 ft above the sea level is something you must experience 🤩. There was plenty within the property, including live music at dinner. What an Amazing talent He has… We also had a full body spa, and the professional staff explained everything. The plants made the ambience incredible, especially if you're a plant lover. IT WAS A MEMORABLE STAY!!! KEEP UP THE BEST THING…
