Hotel Kantishiva

I had to wait a long time for drinking water, and the bathroom water stopped working because of what they called “certain issues.” Instead of fixing it, staff told me to use someone else's bathroom. They also weren't providing service. My room was “strategically” placed so I could hear the adjacent movie theater all night.

Poor hygiene and pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff are helpful, and the location is very good, near the railway station. Rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms aren't good. There's no restaurant, though the hotel arranges food from outside and provides plates, spoons, and bowls. It seems to still be under construction, but it's much better than the other options in Betul. For this town, it's the best stay you can have.

We had a great group stay at this clean, welcoming hotel in chitoorgarh, close to the fort area. The manager was very kind when we checked in late. There's a restaurant, sheesha lounge, and gaming area to keep you occupied. Good service and quality for an affordable price. Keep it up!
